Disclaimer: I am aware that my activity and presence in meetings has not been at their best state recently, however Summer has started meaning I am back to being very active again. Also, given that I am on vacation then I can stay up late till 6AM if I have to in order to finish the Lead Team Meetings.

Leader
I believe being a leader is one of the most important characteristic of a lead team member, as it shows you can manage a team. I personally have always carried this trait around with me, whether it being in school projects, sports teams, competitions that require teamwork, and such. I also obviously carry this with me on SSRP ever since I was an Admin, and I must say it is something that has improved massively during my time as a SuperAdmin.

Dedicated
I am a very dedicated member of the community. I am always helping to the best of my capabilities across all servers, including teamspeak and forums. I have been a staff member on SSRP for 8 months, with a few little breaks, and 4 months of those as a SuperAdmin. I have put in a lot of work for the community and I enjoy doing so. I do not plan on stopping anytime soon.

Active
I have recently been rather inactive in the community and had bad activity , however I am now back to my old active self. I am on the forums every day, monitoring the Appeals section where I am a moderator and getting other forum staff to fix things. I am also on TeamSpeak and SSRP Servers everyday. I am a very easy person to contact as I have the Steam Mobile App; I can also be messaged on WhatsApp whenever needed by the lead team or staff members that have my number. The only times you can find trouble contacting me is when I am asleep.

Experienced
I have been in the community for a bit over 3 years now, actively since around July 2016. I have been in the staff team for 10 months and in the lead team for 6 months. I understand how things run in the community which obviously is something that needs to be there. I know how to do my job efficiently and precisely.

Trusted
I strongly believe I am trusted within the Lead Team as I currently hold a SuperAdmin position on SSRP. I also am TeamSpeak 3 staff and forums appeals section moderator. I also held a SuperAdmin rank on FPRP for around a day to maintain the server when ZARP was down.

Friendly
I am a very friendly person and this is beneficial in Staff to Staff situations as well as Staff to Player situations. I always tend to approach others in a friendly manner, with some exceptions of course, without being rude. I am mature during all the situations I handle as a staff member, but of course there is banter here and there at times, within limits.

Improvement
I have asked a few members of the community what they think I could improve on, and the thing I was told is that my activity needs to improve. I just came back and I am active as I used to be as before. Besides that I was told that I was doing a good job.

What Do I Wish To Achieve?
I am applying for this position as it would grant me access to many more powers and permissions within the lead team. This way, I would be able to help out even more. I have a few goals surely, if I were to be promoted, and some of which would be making the staff team better, developing it, and ensuring the users are being treated fairly. I aim to have a well structured staff team keeping the servers clean of rulebreak and for the players to enjoy it to the maximum.
