I think over Hotz's time as moderator he has fulfilled many players' expectations from a moderator, I can't believe he hasn't already been promoted. He is consistent and fair, and I think he has been the receiver of the majority of my f1's. I greatly recommend that his app is accepted as it will help him help us players easier and more often.
