Another thing is that you seem to bring out the worst in people. From my experiences, you're not interested in actually helping fellow staff members progress as a team and you tend to be quite confrontational.

If you can get a bad response from fucking Raeker, of all people, you clearly just try to push people until they break. Not an acceptable attitude within the LT.
