What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)

Ghosting is when you help active players while you're dead. For example, I run through 2 portals (Right one is accessible), I die straight after and I tell people it's the right one. Same thing if I tell people if traps are used, people's HP's, where they're hiding and such.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)

First off, I'd tell him to quit using his bad language. If he doesn't stop, I'd warn him and mute/gag him for disrespecting users/staff. first i'd calm him down a bit and mute him a little bit, second off. I'd mute/gag him for a long time. If he either leaves to avoid being punished, I'd get an Administrator to time him out. I always use other punishments available instead of punishing the user harshly. I'd give him second chances and make sure he knows and follows the rules properly.

I am a nice person. I am really friendly if people are friendly back. If people are rude, I find ways to make him friendly. I've had beef with a lot of people which now are some of my closest friends.




i am a resigned Administrator on SSRP and was friendly to everyone. I was not strict and I found other ways to punish people rather than making them confused. I explain rules to the user to make they follow the ruled and not break it again. Same thing will happen on Deathrun. Being a staff member is fun as you help the Server and you teach users about the gamemode and make sure they have fun and make sure they're being treated fairly.



According to multiple Staff Members, my rapsheet is clean from punishments. Not sure if it's true though.
I am nice to ALL users on Deathrun and on Teamspeak. (Only servers I go on)



I am pretty sure ALL Staff Members like me since I am extremely nice to them and I try to make users follow the rules, even if I'm a user.





I play hours a day right now and will have enough activity when the meeting arrives this week. I enjoy playing it with friends. I help new users joining the server and the community in general.
