Ur app is good although i do thing you can extend on this question.[/color]

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I would give them a verbal warning then tell them not to do it again and if they do it i would mute/gag them and warn them for being disrespectful.If they leave and join back I will mute them again.If they continue to do this and they disobey , I will tell a higher staff to ban to ban him/her.

From what I have seen you have waited and improved on your maturity. You've stopped begging staff and are not creating any issues in-game anymore. Your application is ok but as pointed out by others your explanation of ghosting isn't fully explained. Your activity is great and you have no recent warnings.

Bhavya,
Since being denied the few time you have for immaturity, you certainly have improved on that. Sitting that week out has definitely helped you out. You are a nice guy and from your application, you seem to understand the rules. Although I would advise to put more detail into the ghosting section. Also I would like you to also work on your patience with staff and users, on several occasions you tend to be a little naggy and inpatient. That and your ghosting section are my only negatives.

I aggree with Jim_Jam:

Ghosting is more than just telling players where to go. It includes a lot more things such as where the runners/deaths are, which traps have been activated, etc.
