The reports on Emmitt have not gone unnoticed. Emmitt has already been punished for his previous actions but I see no need for this oen to be brought up as it was dealt with and will not re-occur.

So why was ammo exploiting taking so leniently if he has so many punishments for rule breaking/abusing?
