well you see here Micheal you purposely break rules or without purpose of intention and you have a few recent bans/ warns and Emmit doesn't.
as you said users would be warned for it but if they had no recent warning they would receive a verbal warning and believe it or not Emmit has no recent warnings so as my point stands he should be verbally told it isn't allowed because he wasn't aware of the exploit and that it even existed on this server.
