I have spoken to Emmitt and I can assure you that this will not occur again. He did not know that this is against the rules, but now he knows which is important. No demote or anything is needed, a talking to was enough. He clearly asked in OOC what you meant when you called him out for exploiting so explaining and actually checking would have shown you that he was not aware of it. Stop being so toxic and reporting staff members for the slightest things. Also, if you punished players an an Admin for rulebreaks they didn't know were rules then it was a huge mistake having you in the staff team. Thank you for your report.
