So Yami Yugi,
You are a nice and friendly staff member and to try your hardest to communicate with other players and staff and since being denied you have improved you maturity and don't feel like that should impact your application. But, I don't see you handle too many situations in game and kind of leave them to others, intentional or not, I feel you should try and work your way into more situations. I feel you need more time as moderator.
