I feel like I am ready to be staff on surf, I feel as an administrator of surf I Have many more commands to help enforce the rules properly, Due to not many staff on surf Admins are sometimes hard to get on and different time zones so bans cant be made if There are no available Admin+

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around

One time I encountered 2 users putting links in the chat they were links to scripts and hacks, I muted them both but then they kept coming back, One of them started getting really racist and then the other one was looking for glitches and loopholing the rules because he knew I was mod and I cannot ban but I can kick, So he keeps doing things like this And I try to get a few admins on but they are busy and asleep or doing something or offline, I muted them both chat and voice and they stopped with the racism but they kept loopholing etc, Then they left I did not see them ever on the server again.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Hello there Bigwhal , I see You were banned for cheating, I have spoken to the staff who banned you and He told me he told you to stop about 3 times and you didnt so I will be reducing your ban to 3 days!

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): I believe I am ready, I know all the commands for Admin and know how to use them properly, I have been trying my best on the server and with admin I can properly enforce the rules, I know all the rules of surf , but some admins aren't on the same time as me to ban other players if needed or to use admin commands.

I believe as an Admin of surf I could help a lot more on the server. There aren't a lot of staff on surf so more help with that could be needed and more people are starting to apply for surf which is great!
