After Speaking with Mix3rz and got EMP to look into this as well there is a bug with the NLR as from the admins side it updates quicker than the users side. However, the way Mix3rz has handled the situation wasn't good and has been spoken to about that and has said that it will not happen again. Thanks for your Report!
