How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:

Since I have been an Administrator for PropHunt since the release, I feel that my time of being on the server has been quite good since I have been very helpful to PropHunt in terms of stopping rule breakers and making sure the server is free of rule breakers.

What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):

I am a good candidate for Super Administrator as I am always helpful to the server and I am very friendly to players and staff. I always know what rules are available to the server and I am also experienced as a Deathrun HA. I know all the commands I am trusted.

Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:

As an administrator, I have encountered an error as somebody was hacking and as an administrator,
I needed a LT member to antichet him. As a Super Administrator, I would be able to fix this by seeing if the person is hacking.

Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:

If there was an abuse report against a staff member, I would first respond to the report by saying "I will handle this." After I have said that, I will speak to the staff member who was reported and if there isn't any evidence to show that the staff member was abusing, I would answer the report by stating that the staff member wasn't abusing as there wasn't any evidence. Like this:

Hello Player X, I have spoken to the staff member who you reported and I have decided to deny this report as you have presented insufficient evidence and the staff member claims to not have been abusing.
#Denied

If the staff member was abusing and there was evidence, I would reply like this:

Hello Player X, I have spoken to the staff member and I have decided to accept this report as the staff member was indeed abusing and you have presented sufficient evidence. I have spoken to the staff member and they have promised it will not happen again.
#Accepted


Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?

If a staff member banned a user permanently for ghosting, I would speak to the staff member and ask why they banned the player permanently. If they said that they kicked them and they came back and ghosted again and banned them permanently, I would then ask the player why they got banned and if they said "Because I repeated ghosting and i'm sorry for my actions." I would then ask the staff member to lower his ban as he is sorry for his actions.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?

I would first speak to the staff member either through admin chat or Teamspeak to see what they are strugglig with. If it is somebody who was constantly rule breaking, I would tell the staff member to stay calm and know that if they do rule break and you have warned them like 2 times, you do have the privilege to kick that player for constant rule breaking. If it was a hacker, I would refer to the hacking policy and ask them why the person is hacking. If the staff member kicked him, I would refer to them that if there is a hacker in game, there are other staff that can help despite certain circumstances.

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?

Firstly, I would ask both staff members to come on to Team speak to talk about what has happened. First,
I would speak to the staff member who reported the staff and ask what rule did they break and why. When I am ready, I will then ask the reported staff member what rule they broke and why. If they deny everything and there was sufficient evidence,
I would tell the staff member that there is proof. After I have spoken to both staff members I will come up with a sensible conclusion.


Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?

Firstly, I would ask the staff member to come on to Team Speak to talk about their actions. I would then explain what they have done to the staff to make them act their behaviour against the staff team. I would then remind the staff member that the team needs to work together and if they can't, then the server falls apart. After that, if the staff member apologises for their actions, I would say that next time it could have more consequences along with a possible demotion.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?

I would first ask the staff member to come onto Team Speak to talk about their actions. I would remind them that the staff team shouldn't break rules and should be kind to players and staff alike. Next, I would see if the staff member is sorry or not. If they said that they had to break the rules, I would remind them that it isn't how staff work. Staff are meant to help players with anything regarding rule breaks or a glitch on the server. Not to break rules and potentially harm players.
I would then tell them that these actions have severe consequences and can lead to a demotion if necessary.
