He did not RDA you as you had a gun out, he did not die, he only changed jobs. He does not need to weapon check you as he witnessed you with the weapon which you threatened him with. There was no NLR as he did not die. He did disrespect though, and although it is such a minor incident, he is well known for constantly disrespecting. He will probably be given a mute or a warn.
