I have looked at the evidence provided and have spoken to BananaSlanger. BananaSlanger states that the report he handled that you kept complaining about was a different report to the one that Yogi Bear found the logs for. He claims that apparently he handled a different report that didn't show the logs and besides that, your pictures show nothing that supports the claim that Banana handled anything incorrectly.

You as a user can request for a staff member to not handle their reports, but there's no rule or anything similar that states that staff have to obey that request. Banana was simply trying to help you with a report, and instead you scream at him - which is extremely disrespectful.
