I feel like seeing as 80% of the super admin team (4/5 Excluding Sally) is from mainly Western Europe, a new Super Admin from another timezone that can cover the 4-5 hours where the lead team from this timezone are asleep or not available would be the need currently, and almost a must - that said you're a great candidate nonetheless, I do think being vocal in the meeting is important but even without a Microphone I think it's possible as well as we've seen from Sally and Anna. Keep up the good work.
