I was having fun at no one else's expense with my friend, and got reported for abusing.

No one was affected by it negatively, the biggest effect of it was someone getting 10 gang loot and Michael losing 15k to placing normal printers and not upgrading them.

The entire attitude is anti-fun, it's so annoying to constantly have someone on your back for having fun.

Punishments and reports are consistently being handed out nowadays just because they can. Not to enrich RP and remove malicious rulebreakers - just for the sake of it. This shouldn't be happening, as people are allowing their morals and common sense to come after their staff duties.

Put some thought into your report before you make it. Is it needed? Would it benefit the staff team as a whole? Could the situation be resolved in another way?

Same with your punishments - are they needed? Do they teach the punished a valuable lesson? Do they take care of malicious actions? Please, I urge EVERYONE to read this and take in what I've said.
