I have looked over your reported and spoken to the staff member in question and I have decided to deny this. What was happening in that room was obviously just banter, if anyone was annoyed they could have simply asked for the rules to be enforced or left the area. I do not know why you stayed there if you didn't want to be there. There is one issue I had with Emmitt which is a player asking why he was RDMed and he defibed him without dealing with the RDMer, as well as him not taking action for you breaking NLR. No action will be taken against Emmitt Till, he will make sure to enforce the rules properly.
