I'm not a tech genius, but these are my suggestions:
- Take out then plug back in your wireless USB for your mouse.
- Try putting the USB for your mouse into a different slot if your laptop has multiple.
- Check for driver updates.
- Try using a non-wireless mouse to see if it is the mouse's issue.
