We have... not had the best relationship as of recently. Partly my own fault, partly your fault - it doesn't really matter who started it. It's done. It's over. And I don't want to start any more shit again.

You're... an odd guy. I don't quite know what to think of you. As you know, my opinion of you has changed many many times. I first liked you, then I disliked you, then I hated you, then I liked you, then I loved you and then suddenly I hated you massively. I'm now in a sort of inbetween area where I neither like or dislike you, which will hopefully change to a more... positive relationship.

In my opinion you're not ready. That's the short way of saying things. But, you are improving and have already shown both a good attitude and more dedication. Whether you'll be able to keep that up we'll have to see, but the fact that you've already started with it shows that you want to improve.

So, yeah - you might not be ready for this (in my opinion), but if you keep up what you have shown to us today then I see no reason why you shouldn't get this in a few weeks.
