I'm bored so I'll give some feedback... Doombringer
I've (as far as I remember) first met you after your CM-ban, you seemed kinda weird to me at first.... but I've seen through my own eyes that you're a nice person and certainly are not as weird as you seem sometimes

You're active enough in the meetings IMO, and you're an active staff member on server 2 as well as server 1. You're a nice person with enough potential and experience to know what you should do as a lead team member.

Technically I could go on writing an entire post about you, but doing so would just waste my time and make this post unreadable.

Pos/Negatives.
I'll list some positives and negatives than my final opinion

Positives
✓ Friendly
✓ Helpful
✓ Dedicated
✓ Active
✓ Has past experiences.
✓ Active (enough) in the meetings.

Negatives
✘ I don't feel like we need any more lead team members.

In the end
I don't feel like more lead team members are required at the moment. But surely when we do you would be the one I'd vote on first. Due to the positives listed above.
