What did the Staff Member(s) do?:

This is not the first, second, or third time Jawson has purposefully avoided doing F1's and ignored staff members calls for help with them. This is his fourth. The last time Onion and I asked him, he resigned and then revoked. It seems his priorities are in the wrong place and would rather coinflip than help players out.

Players were consistently complaining about Jawsons job as an administrator, some of it was fair criticism, some was non-constructive and didn't help, he ignored both equally.

While playing, Jawsons tight nit circle of friends were on the server and they were all RP-ing. During this time Jawson continuously ignored their actions and this included RDM, Disrespect, Racism, and Homophobia. I stepped in after one of them was being homophobic and racist and corrected it, where as Jawson refused to even notice it in game.

As for the noclip abuse, it was very minor, however as a staff member you should be a role-model for the other users and follow the rules including your administrative role.
