No, I had one a week of experience as a donated mod at ZARP in which I feel I contributed positively in my role. In addition, I have administered MineCraft servers before and possess the leadership qualities entailed in a position of trust on a gameserver.

Since the deceased don't simply respawn in real life, this conduct makes way for some balance, where the player is not allowed to return to the location of their death for a set period of time (3 minutes on ZARP) and must also forget who killed them.
