Yes you have good activity but you do realise that that was a week ago and by Friday that will have gone and you will have none this week. I think your application is very nice and detailed but you need more activity because just playing say 4 hours then not playing the rest of the week just shows me that you are really dedicated in wanting to be staff and that you just want the rank...
