Hello Bigwhal! You are active on the server but i don't see you becoming a Super Admin. I think you lack in leadership skills and when you are on the server when i am i don't really see you helping or when you do it is quite patchy and makes you seem like you don't exactly know how to get to the point. IMO you need to wait a bit longer as an admin so you get more experience with staff and players. I am not sure if you report users but i see other good candidates reporting hackers and actually catching them. Good luck though!

EDIT: You are banned on the forums which shows immaturity and unable to follow rules! I know it isn't on the server but it could effect the outcome.
