There is nothing wrong with someone else handling it, there is nothing that states if someone said he's handling it that no one else can't. As Pro was in contact with Doom then he handled it.

What you can do is ask that Pro doesn't handle it in your appeal so that you disallow him from doing so.

Edit: You shouldn't even be breaking rules. Don't you ever think ZARP is a server where you can break rules and get away with it.

Users may name someone that they do not wish to handle the appeal. If the appealing user states that they do not wish a certain administrator to handle the appeal that administrator should refrain from dealing with the appeal.
