Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I feel that my time as a mod will contribute to me becoming a good admin because in my time as a moderator I have learned how to handle sits correctly and quickly, how to stay friendly to all users but still make them understand that you're in charge and you will not let them run over you.
As an admin, I think I would be able to do my job a lot better because I could then handle things on my own that I otherwise would have to get an admin for. For example when a user has LTAPed after you have gotten proof of him breaking rules and have frozen him, then I have to get an admin to either ban them for LTAP or punish them accordingly, which I would not be able to do as a Mod.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
An obstacle I had to work around as a moderator was when a player was mass rda/rdming. Whenever I froze him he instantly left and then returned to go back to rulebreaking. I tried calling for an admin but nobody was responding so I could not actually get him banned so he could just keep on RDMing. Eventually though an admin came to ban him after he had LTAPed a couple of times.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Hi there. I am CYKABANANA, an SSRP Admin.
First, congratulations on getting the moderator rank! We hope that you will enjoy your stay here on the staff team.

Today im going to go over some menus and commands that you are going to use while doing your staff duties. Lets start!

First im going to talk about the f1 menu.

In here you can see all admin requests submitted by users. You can right click these requests to get 3 options: Handle this, Discard as spam or abuse and Copy...
If you press on Handle this on the right side where it said <nobody> it will now state your name. If you rightclick on the f1 now, you can either select Goto, Bring or Abort handling.
Goto will bring you to the player that made the f1. Bring will bring the f1 to you and Abort handling will let you stop handling the f1 if you either need to go or cant handle it.

If you would press Discard as spam or abuse the f1 will get removed from the menu. Use this when a player is spamming f1s or is using slurs in the f1.

If you hover over Copy... you can copy 4 things: the Reason, the Reporters name, the Reporter's STEAM-ID and the time the f1 was issued.

In the f1 menu you can see different tabs, I talked about the first tab here, Admin Requests.

In the tab Warnings, you can see every warning that was given out today on the server youre on.

In the tab logging, in which youll spend most your time you can see logs of almost anything that happened on the server like arrests, kills and if someone broke nlr.

In the tab active nlr you can see everyone that has NLR at a district. It doesnt NOT mean that theyre breaking NLR though.

We also have the f6 menu.

In the top left of this menu, when you press the arrow key you can select the name of an online player or if you have their steam-ID, an offline player when you press search.
If you entered someones name you will then see a menu which shows all punishments a player has ever recieved. If you want to punish a player you will use this menu and you have to look at their recent warnings(warnings of the last 2 weeks) and give them a verbal or warning accordingly.

Now im going to talk about the commands.
First of all, you can now read the messages in the staff chat. To use this you have to use /// MESSAGE or @ MESSAGE. In here you can talk to other staff members about in game duties.[/color[

Then we have the tp command. Youre going to use this whenever you have to get upon a roof to handle an f1. To set this command you have to either type !tp, which will tp you to the location of your cursor. Or you can type bind "KEY" "say /tp" in your developer console. If you then press the key you set it to you will tp to your cursor.

You also have the freeze command. You are going to use this whenever a player is rulebreaking and you quickly have to stop them in the act to either punish them or speak to them.
The command for freeze is /freeze {STEAM-ID}

Next we have the warn command. Youre going to use this whenever a player is rulebreaking and you think he deserves to get a warning for his actions. Only try to do this whenever you already verballed a player or he has recents for the rulebreaks hes doing.
To use the warn command you do /warn {STEAM-ID}

Then we have the voice mute command. Youre going to use this when a player is micspamming or using slurs via his microphone.
To voice mute someone you do /voicemute {STEAM-ID} {TIME} {REASON}

We also have the regular mute command. Youre going to use this when a player is spamming in chat or using slurs in chat.
To chat mute you do /chatmute {STEAM-ID} {TIME} {REASON}

Next command is the stay command. Use this whenever a player is mass rulebreaking and he needs to be killed.
To slay someone you do /slay {STEAM-ID} {MODE} {REASON}

The last command is the kick command. Use this when a player is propspamming and doesn't want to remove his props.
To kick someone do /kick {STEAM-ID} {REASON}

You can also use all of these commands when you press tab and then click on a players name. There you can see the commands which act on that specific player.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology, and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hi player X,

After checking the ban list I found out that this is your first ever ban. Also when I read through your appeal I found that you truly are sorry for what you have done. I've asked a few other staff members and together we have come to the agreement to unban you.
Your ban will be lowered to 2 days, which will give you enough time to read through the rules(Found here) If you're found to be breaking rules again, You will be placed right back on the ban list, and this time the punishment will stay for a little longer.

Thank you for appealing!
#Accepted

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
I think I should be promoted because in the last 2 weeks, in which I've been moderator, I have found that I like doing this job and that I enjoy helping other players. I think as an Admin I am able to do my job a lot better to help users faster and easier. Also as a mod, I have done a lot of f1s in the past 2 weeks(297) and I think as an admin, I could at least enhance that number with 50%.
Also as my time as Mod, I have gained a lot of experience on how to do sits well. Whenever I'm in game, if that's doing f1s or just roleplaying I try to help players whenever they need help, even when that would be at the cost of my own RP. That is why I think I would be ready to become an Admin.

Thank you for reading my application! Hoping for some good feedback!
