After looking through your application, this is what I have found.
Your activity isn't consistent and we recommend that you have 2 weeks of activity before you go for staff.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.): i deal with disrespectful players , i mute them. I would Give him a warning and kick him for mabye around 15 - 20 minutes if hes still disrecpectful.

If someone is being disrespectful you give them a verbal warning, then you gag/mute and warn and then if they continue you kick. However, you can't kick for a specfic period of time.

I haven't seen you much in-game there for I can't comment on how you are in person. I will check your warnings later and see if you have any recent punishments etc.
