i don't think it shows immaturity i don't want you demoted i think you should have an official warning, you (i'm sure) have been talked to many times and i think you should be punished

And you've shown immaturity and reacting based purely on emotions multiple times, and this is a clear example.

Why in the fucking world would you EVER report someone over a simple misunderstanding which could've been easily avoided if you actually tried to use some common sense and communicate?

It wasn't a misunderstanding if you he thought you broke rules, and feels you deserve to be spoken to due to this incident and many others.

The rule I "broke" was down to a misunderstanding because he was too fucking lazy to communicate properly.

You are the staff member and should understand the rules. Breaking them just shows you either, don't understand rules, or can't be bothered to follow the rules. Either way you aren't taking your job seriously. Breaking rules are supposed to be solved by staff, not done by staff.

It was a misunderstanding that would've never happened if your friend bothered to fucking say something, get off your high horse and stop acting like a cocky child. You've really made me reconsider my vote on your moderator application with your demonstration of very strong bias.

Well, this reply clearly shows you immaturity and how you can't handle situation very well. And you don't even follow applications as I haven't applied. And if you could hold of on insults as it clearly just shows that you are trying to make a argument out of a appeal, and shows you don't deserve the rank, in my opinion.
You should really re-evaluate your position on the staff team.

P.S. This would never happen with Jenga.
