Personally, I think you need to wait before applying for staff. You have recently been denied for activity and your current activity doesn't show consistence or dedication. A part of me thinks that you don't particularly want to be staff as your not showing dedication or commitment to the server. I think you should wait and show us you are here for the right reasons.
