Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:I'm standing by myself on the street and a guy walks up to me and shoots me for no reason. That's RDM

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:Me and someone else is shooting at eachother, he dies but then immediatly comes back to try and kill me again. That's NLR

Explain how you would handle the following situation:I bring both of the players to a closed off area and start questioning them, if it is true that it was RDM I will give player y a warning
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

Explain how you would handle the following situation: I would, again, bring them to a closed off area to talk to them and ask what happened, if it is true that he was NLR'ing, i will warn him.
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

Explain how you would handle the following situation: I would tell him that OOC means "Out of character, which means that OOC is not in the game, and more of a chat system sorta.
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words): I have quite a lot of experience with people and how they behave, and I'm pretty sure I know how to handle a situation. I see a lot of admins nowadays, even on ZARP, not tending to the players and the requests they have when someone breaks the rules, I asked an Admin for help and he just gave me a 100k and told me to have fun. I wan't people to be able to have fun without them dying all the time or getting raided every 2 seconds. As I'm writing this application, standing in downtown, I just got RDM'd. I just want a more safe and nice server to come one without having to deal with getting killed all the time. I've used a lot of time myself studying on peoples behaviour and for an example, when they lie and so on. I just want a server that is safe for everyone
