You're an experienced staff member and I find it great that you're talking more to the Deathrun staff as of recently. You also tried to become more of a positive person and as far as I can tell you succeeded! I am unsure how good your standing with the staff team is currently and when I last spoke to you you didn't actually show the leadership skills I believe you need - though it has been a while.

I think you'd be a good candidate.
