Estimated Server Time: Currently 2 hours, I hope this won't be a problem for my application. I just joined yesterday and I absolutely liked the server

Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop: I'd firstly tell him to use 'Auto-Strafe' mode since it's really easy to play. Once he gets used to it I'd tell him to switch to normal and tell him to press A or D to turn and use his mouse perfectly so he can gain speed. I'll also tell a newbie that the speed is the key. I'd also send him some video tutorials of how to bhop as seen in the spoiler. Videos can teach them very well.


Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: I'd firstly inform the said spammer that any player could be disturbed because of his actions and issue him a verbal warning. If the said player continues to spam I'd warn him gag/mute him. If the spammer in question re-joins to bypass gag/mute I'd ban him as soon as he joins.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: I'd firstly make sure that he doesn't use exploits for his own gain/interest. He might be videoing it to report it. But if he doesn't so I'll tell him that he shouldn't ever use exploit to gain an advantage on other players. He could easily level up or break the game by using an exploit. If he continues to use the said exploit after the warning, I'll ban him permanently and wait for his ban appeal if he's ever going to post.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): You should choose me because I've played so much on Garry's Mod. I have approximately 2900 hours at the moment and I'm very experienced with the game. I've been staff many times on other servers, DarkRP and HL2RP servers most likely, and I decided to try something out strange and I came up with Bhop server. My friend, SleepyMode is currently moderator on the server and when I found that he's a staff member why can't I be a staff member? I'm a very friendly and helpful guy, I'll try to help to all newbie's when they ask to or when they have questions, and I'll make sure that everything is OK. I want to be a staff member to help the server and prevent the trolls from ruining everyone's fun. I can make some mistakes because every human makes mistakes, but at least I'll be able to learn not to do it again. I'm experienced with FAdmin and know how to use it. I've also noticed that there's no active staff on and I'm willing to be active and provide help to players as much as I can.

Extra Information: (Not Required) I really want to be a staff member but my activity is a bit low and I hope it won't be a problem. I can assure you that I'll be VERY active on the server if you accept me. Server literally made my mind go boom. I'm a 16-year-old from Turkey that wants to have fun.
