I am going to be honest but from what I seen you're not ready for this position. Yes you're owner of a server which is more than HA but I reckon from my personal point of view I haven't seen much commitment from you lately, maybe because you're focusing on other servers or managing prop hunt but in you app you do say you have a lot of time on your hands but you seem to get only a small amount of time on Deathrun. I know the minimum is 2 hours but more hours on the server never hurts anyone and it can help you be more productive.

You need to focus on effort towards the servers you're staff on as well as activity, don't get me wrong you're a really good staff member I just would like to see you doing more and putting in more of an effort.
