Okay. I'm struggling to give positive feedback here together with the criticisms I've got, but I'll do my best.

It mostly bothers me how much you lie in the application. "I always try to be incredibly fair," "I try to always be calm and friendly," "I am a very understanding person..."

All of this goes against what you have shown as a Prophunt server owner. You have acted unfairly, without calm, without being friendly and most importantly without being understanding. You have shown to me that you have no idea how to handle situations and how to manage a staff team properly.

I see no reason that you deserve to get this lead team rank when you can't even manage your own lead team on your own server.

Though you are dedicated - I at least give you that much.
