The only issue I have with the application is your answers to the two Explain how you would handle the following situation questions. They could be expanded upon - though what you have stated is not entirely wrong. However, you do state that their stories don't match the logs and you will let them off with a verbal warning - what exactly do you mean? Note that lying in a sit is a warnable offense and in most cases video evidence will not be required. It was not specified in the situation that one or both of the users were lying - you just made that up on your own.

I understand you're trying to show how you can deal with seperate situations, but at least specify what you changed from the template. You only said that their stories didn't match in the logs - if you could specify exactly what they said that didn't match, then you show to everyone that you understand how sits work and how you can deal with the situations.

Not that what you have right now isn't good, mind you - I'm just trying to help you here
