I believe that I would be a good staff member for the Report Abuse section due to the fact that I am Admin+ on every ZARP server. As an Admin, you are able to handle report abuses on the forums, and due to the fact that I am able to do this, it would be much easier for me to be able to handle the report abuses, as I would then be able to lock the topics after handling them. Furthermore, I am also Super Admin on TTT and Owner on Prophunt, this shows a lot of trust in the community, but it also means that I am able (/ required to) handle reports against staff members, even further making me able to utilise the ability to moderate the section.
As I have stated, I am also Owner on Prophunt, this means that I am already staff in the Prophunt section on the forums, which means that I am experienced with staffing on the forums. The qualities required of an Owner (or any Lead Team member) would greatly contribute to being staff in the section, as it means that I am familiar with handling a very wide range of situations, and knowing exactly how to act in these situations, handling them all calmly and efficiently.
Due to my ranks as Prophunt Owner, TTT Super Admin, SSRP Admin, Deathrun Admin, Bhop Admin, Surf Admin, Teamspeak Staff and Forum Staff in Prophunt section, I am very trusted within the community. I believe that this will contribute towards me becoming a staff member in Report Abuse because it means that there would not be any issues in terms of worry with trust, and I would not be the person to abuse (that would be pretty ironic, wouldn't it?) with the section staff powers in the way of randomly deleting / locking posts.
I am very active and dedicated on the forums, and I try to be active in the Report Abuse section as well, and so there would be little / no things which would pass by without me noticing (except when I am away / asleep, but not alot happens on forums at those times). I usually have 8 tabs for the forums open, one of them being the Report Abuse section, which I check over regularly, and so I feel this would be greatly beneficial for me becoming a section staff member for Report Abuse.

Server Applications
I believe that I would make a good staff member for the Server Applications section for similar reasons for the Report Abuse section. I believe that as a Server Owner, it is immensely helpful to be able to respond to apps easily and be able to lock them, rather than having to attempt to coordinate it with a section staff member+, and sometimes failing at this and ending up with further replies on applications which should have already been locked. It is also helpful as it will mean that I would be able to contribute more within the TTT meetings. Due to the fact that I am a Super Admin on TTT, I would be eligible to reply to applications, and this would be easy as a section staff member for Server Applications. Similarly to Report Abuse, I am trusted and active, and as a section staff member, I would definitely be very active, and I would try to carry out the roles of a staff member in Server Applications as effectively and efficiently as possible.
