Purpose/Reason to be an administrator/moderator: Because im not a big fan of when people decides to start breaking the rules and ruining everyone else's game experience and i cant do a single thing about it. I think i would become a great addition to the mod team because i am helpful and friendly and i could easily help out other people when needed.

Can you be online atleast three/four days a week,and be online atleast a few hours those days?: Yes.

NLR: New Life Rule. If you die you can't come back to the same place for 3 minutes.

RDM: Random Death Match. You kill someone randomly without any specific reason.

Metagaming: You use ooc information to your advantage, ex. someone in /ooc ask how to take money off a money printer, and you decide to raid him because of that information.

Punishment for rule-breaking;
NLR: I would warn them the first time, if they did it again i would kick them and if they still kept doing it i would temporarily ban them.

RDM: I would give the same punishment as NLR, except if it is mass rdm the punishment would be more severe.

I understand if i dont follow the rules i will get demoted and banned if needed.
I understand that i should respect all players.
