How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I would give them a verbal warning then tell them not to do it again and if they do it i would mute/gag them and warn them for being disrespectful. If they leave and join back I will gag/mute them again.If they continue to leave and join back I will ask a higher member of staff to ban them.

First of all i would tell them to stop disrespecting the player and if they keep going i would gag them and if they leave and join again i would gag them again.If he does it again then i would kick him for Constant Disrespect. If he joins again then i would ask higher staff member to ban him for a day.
