As for activity, they will not look at your total activity but the last week's activity, so please do keep in mind that getting as much activity as possible before the meeting. Also know that you need to get no new punishments either as you play the game.

The BBcode seems to have been fixed (possibly by Sally?) - it's the forum's coding system which allows for bold, big, colourful text, and much much more.

Basically, using some of the BBcode you can make your application look nicer and more appealing, but as I said this has already been fixed.
