You need to stand out more for once! You're a great guy, an experienced staff member and you are extremely active on Teamspeak. Try to improve your activity on the forums and make sure to state your opinions properly during the meetings. You need to show more of yourself!

Also, please expand on some of the answers in your application. Some of the answers are a little lackluster and could use more work.
