I've noticed a similar pattern that Emmit showed since he got the position. Whenever faced with an accusation he goes on the offensive and starts saying things he shouldn't say. He should definitely be approached and spoken to about his actions with the RDMing, but what I'm more concerned about is his response to these sorts of things whether he's right or wrong.
