What is Ghosting? and give an example:
you have 2 players player 1 and player 2
player 2 tells where you need to go
i mean if you have a trap whit two portals
player 2 tells player 1 where to go
so player 2 ghosted.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?(Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.
if I get my rank I can mute him or gag and if he won't stop I'm gonna kick him and if I can't stop it he can do itself if he's an admin of higher
but if I can't do it I can call a higher staff or the owner
or I'm gonna talk to him if I can but sometimes I'm not online then
but if I don't have a rank I'm gonna tell him to stop and if he won't stop I'm gonna call an admin or mod
I just mean staff

Why I should be chosen?
I don't mean chosen but when I joined zarp gmod and bought zarp I liked it and played more and I didn't know first how to apply. but when I joined zarp and I was 7 and I liked I just played it for 3 years but I have been banned one time only for disrespect I just mean that I made fun of their name
but I don't know who it was I know his name his name was Cody he was an admin
and he just banned me for 3 months
and zarp was my first server that I played
so I just want to apply for it

my activity will be better today believe me ;]
