Prop Hunt is growing as a gamemode in general. That means that there will get more staffr. More staff means more staff to handle. We already have more staff than Surf and looking at all the applications there will be more. But we still have less lead team members.

Can't you handle users and staff as a SA? Yes you can. So why do you need to be HA when you can handle reports and emergency demote staff members?
