Story/Situation (What Happened?) -I got warned by Wizard by having a base / printing under a bridge. I asked him if basing under the bridge actually was in the rules and he told me it violated the Skybase and Props outside rules, but I made the base with a ramp, the props were " connected " to the mountain wall and it didn't block any cars from coming over the bridge as none of the props were sticking out on the road. I then asked my friend if basing under a bridge was allowed, he then told me it wasn't allowed to base under bridges as it was in the rules, but I searched through the rules and it was nothing about it not being allowed.
