Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:

Well first I would address the user and ask them to please refrain from text/mic spamming as it is against the rules and bothering others. If they do not stop with the text/mic spam they would be gagged/muted for a round or two and also warned for their offense.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:

Ok well lets assume, for example, the player is a prop and had exploited its way out of the map so no one could kill them. First, I would ask the prop to please come back into the map and play the game fairly. If they do not attempt come back into the map, I would tell them that if they do not come back into the map they will be slain. If they still refuse to come back into the map I would slay them to keep the game fair for both teams. The prop outside the map is just an example, most of the time I would follow the process of asking them to not exploit, warning them to fix what they did, and if all else fails slay them.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:

Ghosting is the use of third party clients or even in game chat to provide an advantage of information that could change the course of the game. Scenario example: Prop A says in chat "Hey hunters Prop U is hiding behind the vending machine next to the table!" and then Hunter B runs over and shoots the poor can trembling behind the machine.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):

First, I have experience staffing in the community, as I am an admin on TTT. And as a staff on TTT I feel that I always treated people equally no matter how rude they were to me they received the same toleration and treatment as other. Now Prophunt related, I am a huge fan of prophunt and have always loved the game mode. I understand the rules very well and have no recent punishments or warnings on the server. Now lastly I am on very late at night server time due to my location in the world, and there are NEVER staff on at this time and usually around 8-12 people online with a lot of very obvious ghosters. I just want to help keep the game enjoyable for the people that play at my time of day

Extra Information: Any criticism is appreciated, and in concern of my activity: I had exams since the day prophunt came out, so I had not gotten to play last except recently, but over the next week I will be playing a lot more often as my exams end Tuesday. So, my activity should not be a problem by the meeting.
