Hello Sorle! In this response i will be giving you my opinions of your application.

I personally think that you definitely need more time as an administrator as you only got it 1 weeks ago (Stated here!) This just shows that you are not ready and i think you do a good job however you are not ready for this position as it requires leadership and responsibility. Yes, you say you have 3 or 4 months from previous ranking but still only coming back to the staff team so recently isn't that good when there is people who have been admins for ages and know what they are doing. I don't see much leadership however there is some there. You get your point across in meetings which is good but in game i do not really see you interact with lead team or the staff team unless it is telling people to get the F1's done. I would say interact more with the lead team and staff members helping in any way. Also try ad keep an eye out for hackers because if you are reporting them in can put you in good terms with the lead team. These are just some points i think you could improve on and if doing so i think you could possibly get that lead team position. Another thing is i currently don't believe that we need a new Lead Team Member but do some of these and i could see it in the future possibly.
