Hello SyStem! Here i am going to be giving you might say on your application.

You show dedication to the server and like to help people out but i see that you have gaps in your activity and that isn't too good because we don't want someone who isn't playing or doesn't enjoying playing. You need to improve on meetings a bit more like having your say on an applicant or putting your point across when needed. You do an amazing amount of F1's and that is great, however i do think that you should become a bit more active with the lead team and also report hackers or other staff members when needed. I personally do not see too much leadership from you and that is a main thing that a lead team member should have. If you improve on those points then you would be an alright addition lead team.
