How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
Overall I have been Administrator 4 times over a wide spread of time (started way back in 2014, 3 years now). During this time I have come across a wide range of incidents which have made me a much better administrator, in addition to this I have amazing relationships with the lead team and the regular staff team which I hope will expand further in the near future.
My activity on the server is outstanding as I have played every day for the last two months without fail. I am also very active on Team Speak 3, you will usually find me in a channel with Paramontana, Tyler, Ace or Doombringer. The only thing that my activity is not the best on is the forums which I admit openly is my weakness, however everyone has their faults and I aim to change this into one of my strengths in the next few weeks.

What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):


There are many different reasons why I think I would be a great candidate for the Lead team.

Confident:
In game and on the forums I am not scared to call someone out on something they have done wrong. This includes staff members and regular users, an example of this is when I caught a staff member spectate abusing a few weeks ago, I instantly reported the actions of the staff member to Paramontana and we managed to catch him in the act and prevent him from ruining the RP of many users.

Activity:
My activity is outstanding and I am on the server every day without fail (unless something extremely important occurs). This activity is soon to get even better as I am approaching my last year of college and will have no commitments to take away my time from the community, in addition to this if I am online on the server I will be active and not AFK mining, this means that I will be available for questions or aid whenever it is needed.
Trusted:
I am an extremely trusted member of the community, I have been staff multiple times and have never abused my powers or broke a rule whilst being staff. There has never been any abuse or warn requests accepted on me. Every time I have wanted to become a Super Administrator something has occurred that has made me resign e.g. GCSE’S, Flooding in England, Family etc, this time however I see no obstructions in the future that would force me to resign or become inactive.

Friendly:
In game and on the forums I am extremely open and friendly towards everyone. If someone asks a question I will be sure to answer it and help them as much as I possibly can, in addition to this I am extremely approachable and kind to all.

Mature:

Currently I am 18 years old and I am studying the public services in depth as I would like to be a police officer in the near future, to become a police officer you must be extremely mature to deal with a wide range of situations seriously and be none bias.

Staff Situations:
During my time as a staff member I have helped many different staff members in a polite manner without causing arguments, in addition to this I have caught many different staff members abusing their powers and have reported them to a higher member of staff.

Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
One situation where I required a lead team member was when I caught a staff member of the same rank abusing their powers (spectate, No clip and cloak). No lead team member was online at the time so I contacted one on Steam as soon as possible, in the mean time I was recording the actions of the staff member and taking photos of the logs and commands he used to gain an unfair advantage over regular users. Due to my quick actions and extensive recordings the staff member was dealt with immediately and stopped in his tracks.

Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
Firstly, I would review the report against the staff member checking that it followed the required template and that all the necessary information was present.

Secondly, after checking that all the information is there and the player is using the correct template I would write: Thank you for the report! I will be handling this and will be speaking with staff member “x” as soon as possible.

Thirdly, I would look through the report in great detail looking at all the evidence provided and get a thorough understanding of the situation from the player’s point of view. I would then approach the staff member either by Steam or TeamSpeak (whichever is the fastest and most convenient for the staff member). I would then have an open discussion about the report and the allegations about them.

Finally, Due to the lack of evidence (none provided) of the staff member abusing his powers, backed up by the staff member denying that the events ever took place I would deny the report and write the following:

Thank you for the report on one of our staff members. Due to the lack of evidence provided in this report and the staff member in question denying the abuse I am going to be denying this report.

If the evidence that had been provided was valid and showed the staff member abusing their powers I would speak to the staff member before making a final decision. Once the final decision has been made I would reply to the application with:

Hello Jimbob123,
Thank you for the report on one of our staff members. Due to the clear evidence provided in this report I will be speaking with the staff member in question as what they did is a clear abuse of their powers and will not go unnoticed.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?

As soon as I notice the excessive ban length I would approach the staff member either in game Via the personal message system, through steam messages or through TeamSpeak 3. I would calmly ask the staff member about the situation reminding them of the following'; the severity of the rule(s) broken, the player’s recent warnings and the staff ethos. I would then request that the staff member changes the length of the ban to a reasonable length and contact the player letting them know that their ban length has been adjusted to suit their actions.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?

I would firstly teleport into the admin sit with the admin and players and calmly resolve the issue aiding the staff member as much as possible in a polite non-condescending manner. After the sit was completed I would discuss the events with the staff member either through TeamSpeak, Steam or in game. I would then discuss with the staff member on ways they can deal with the situation in the future with ease.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?

Due to this being a staff situation I would approach it calmly and ask them both to join me in a TS channel. I would then ask them in a polite manner that only 1 person speaks at a time and ask the staff member that is accusing the other to speak first and provide what proof he has. After hearing their side of the story and viewing the evidence I would ask the staff member being accused for their side of the story. If there was a rule break that happened I would inform the staff member on what they did wrong and to avoid doing it in the future. If no rule break occurred I would explain why it isn’t a rule break and what to look out for in the future.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?

Firstly, I would ask them both to enter TeamSpeak while I speak to both of them about what has happened, what has been said and how we can resolve it. I would also speak to the staff member that has been disrespectful and tell them that it is against the rules and the fact that it isn’t expected from a staff member, I would then ask the disrespectful staff member to apologise to the other staff member for what they have said.
After speaking to the two staff members together I would take the disrespectful staff member to one side and speak to them about controlling anger and ways of dealing with it without being disrespectful in order for it not to happen again In the future.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?

Due to the fact that it is effecting players I would stop them immediately and bring them to a sit with me in the game. I would then speak with them either in game or on TeamSpeak about what they have done, due to the fact that I am always recording I would get as much evidence as needed so that if required I could take away the staff members rank(with permission from a Head Administrator) until it is brought up in the Lead Team meeting to prevent further disruption to the server.
