How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator: If i was a SuperAdministrator i would be able to train people for Moderator and Admin. If i was aso an SA i would be able to catch hackers more efficiently using the anti cheat system. Which is much better than using your eyes
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? I think i am a good candidate for the lead team because i am active and i am constantly interacting with the server (Staff members and users) I also constantly deal with rulebreaks when i see them (But when Pitt Beats me to it i just leave him to it xD). I also have a lot of experience as an admin (including the time before i resigned, adding it all up is around a year). I also try to help staff as much as i can if they are struggling with a situation or need help with a command or two. I usually aim for 1-2 hours a day if i don't get that im usually doing other things like homework. I also do not give too much of a strict punishment for example if someone was mic spamming i would give a verbal warn and if they constantly do it i would gag and then warn them.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available: When i have been admin before and now i have encountered countless rulebreaks starting from Micspam all the way to mass rulebreak/LTAP. But if there was a bhop scripter for example i would need a lead team member to double check (i would be suspicious because their bhops are really smooth). The lead team member will eventually ban them if they do not turn off the hacks. There are a lot of situations that would require a lead team member but obviously i was lead team i would not need to call one to help out
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
Accepted example 1

Hello i have spoken to ExampleStaffMember123 and i have decided to accept this report due to the fact you have provided solid proof which shows the staff member abusing their powers and they didn't own up to it even when i showed them the proof. They will be brought up in the lead team meeting. Thanks for submitting and going through the time to make this report.
Accepted example 2
Warning: Spoiler![ Click to expand ][ Click to hide ]
Hello i have spoken to ExampleStaffMember123 and i have decided to accept to the fact since when i asked the staff member about this situation they didn't admit to it straight away but they did eventually, i spoke to them and gave them a warning to not do it again and told them even if they knew they did something wrong to admit to it straight away. No further action will be taken.
Denied example 1
Warning: Spoiler![ Click to expand ][ Click to hide ]
Hello i have spoken to ExampleStaffMember123 and i have decided to deny this report due to the fact it was just a simple misunderstanding. When i questioned the staff member they admitted to their mistakes straight away and apologised because of this no further action will be taken. Thanks for submitting this report.
Denied example 2
Warning: Spoiler![ Click to expand ][ Click to hide ]
Hello i have spoken to ExampleStaffMember123 and i have decided to deny this report. Due to the fact you have little to no proof provided and i can only go by the staff members word and they claim that you did break rules and you were in the wrong. Thanks for submitting this report.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly: If a staff member bans a user for an exessive amount of time i would first ask why the staff member banned that person for that specific amount of time and i would explain to them it is too long and why it is too long. I would then tell them to lower the ban and if they forgot how to lower bans i would explain to them how to do it and tell them to try not to ban someone for that amount of time again!
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation? Firstly, i would ask the staff member what they are struggling with and whatever they respond with i would explain how to handle the situation and remind them all the specific details on how to handle the specific situation. For example if ExampleStaffMember123 forgot how to handle a situation to do with disrespect i would say they have to verbal warn them then if they do it again they would have to gag or mute and warn them.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation? If ExampleStaffMember123 Accuses another staff member for breaking a rule (For example Trap spam) i would ask the accused staff member if they would like to admit to it if they did it. If they did i would have a little chat with them and make sure they don't do it again. If they say they didn't do it i would ask ExampleStaffMember123 for proof of the staff member doing the rulebreak. If they provide sufficient evidence i would have a serious chat with the accused staff member. If there is no proof then i will tell ExampleStaffMember123 to provide proof next time.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation? If i see a staff member being disrespectful and creating an argument between the staff team and some other users. I would first stop the argument and talk to the staff member who caused the argument either over steam or on team speak 3. I would first ask them what caused the argument. If it was because about IRL problems i would tell them to take a break and make an inactivity post. If it was because another staff member did something bad (eg disrespected them) i would then talk to the other staff member.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member? If i see a staff member breaking rules i would immediatly stop them and tell them why they are breaking rules. (For example if they were trap spamming) i would have a serious chat with them because it obviously isn't right to ruin the death's round by spamming all the traps. If they constantly do it i would bring them up in the lead team meeting. If they constantly did it also i would talk to them while another staff member is there as it is serious.
Thanks for reading my application! Good luck to all the other applicants!
