Suggestion Title (What are you Suggesting): A Favorite Taunts tab in the F3 menu

How / why would it benefit the Prophunt server: It would make it much easier for people to save custom taunts so they don't have to keep searching for a specific taunt. All they need to do is find one, click favorite, then it's saved.
